The ingredients needed to make Fruit salad:

  1. You need 1 of Apple.
  2. Use 1 of Mango.
  3. Use 1/2 cup of Grapes.
  4. Prepare 1 of Orange.
  5. Get 1/2 cup of Pineapple.
  6. Get of Making custard.
  7. Provide 1 litre of Milk.
  8. Take 5 tbsp of Custard powder.
  9. Provide 5 tbsp of Sugar.

Steps to make Fruit salad:

  1. Chop all the fruits into small pieces and refrigerate until u serve.
  2. Heat water in a pan pour milk (reserve a cup of milk).add sugar and let it boil.
  3. In the meantime take a small bowl and add custard powder to this add the reserved milk and mix it nicely so that der is no lumps.....
  4. Pour this mixture slowing into the milk and keep on stiring so that it doesn't get burnt from the bottom.....
  5. Kp stirring it till thickens and reaches a desired consistency....swicth off the flame.
  6. The custard mixture should be thick but still runny and not too thick.....
  7. Refrigerate it and just before serving add fruits and mix together.
