- Provide 1 of mutton/ lamb Leg.
- You need 1 packet of Green tikka masala.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of dahi.
- Get 1-2 tbsp of vinegar.

- You need 2 tbsp of raw Papaya.
- Prepare 1-2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.

- Take a mutton leg wash it. fork it.
- Now add ginger garlic paste raw Papaya.
- Mix all above ingredients with hand. apply on leg and leave it overnight in fridge.
- After 10-12 hour or a day take a pot add 2 tb spoon oil add marinated leg cook till meat tenderiz(ik do bar palat lain leg ko).
- Now put it on foil dish add vegetable then put it on the oven almost 20 minutes.
- Serve with Rus bukhari rice, tomato chattni.
