Instructions to make Barley soup:
- I used Pearl barley it is processed barley easily available.Soak barley for 3-4 hours..
- Heat oil in pressure cooker.add ginger garlic paste.
- Saute until brown add onion and saute it for 2-3 minutes.add tomatoes paste and dry masalas and fry.
- Cover it till tomatoes become soft.Now add barely and water and pressure it for 2-3 whistle or till it is done.
- When steam is out open it and mix well. add lemon juice and mint mix again..
- Serve hot.
