  9. Once the time is up turn off the oven and the cake in the oven to cool down for 1 hour..
  10. Take out the cake and place on to a rack, don't remove it from the pan but remove the foil. and let it sit at room temperature until completely cooled, this depends on the temperature where you leave/ of your kitchen..
  11. After it is completely cooled wrap with cling wrap plastic and set in the fridge for 12 hours..
  12. After 12 hours remove the plastic and open the pan from the side, leave the bottom part. Place onto a dish and decorate with strawberries cut in half and strawberry sauce (optional).
  13. Tip: For a clean cut of each slice dip your knife into hot water and wipe with a towel each time you make a cut. This will give you perfect slices. If the cheesecake won't be eaten after 12 hours leave it in for longer, don't take it out if you aren't eating it right away..
