- Take the tomatoes and blanch them. Heat water and when the water is boiling add the tomatoes.let them boil for 5 to 7 mins.Add these tomatoes to cold water.Peel the skin and grind them.Set aside.
- Meatballs-Marinate the chicken along with all the ingredients mentioned and set aside.
- Arrabitta Sauce-Take olive add the onions & garlic slices and saute..
- Add the pureed tomatoes and add all the spices mentioned in the sauce section.
- Once the oil separates drop the meatballs using a spoon..
