  1. Here are all you need,start by adding oil into a sauce pan,add in onion and chopped garlic,pepper stir fry till soft.

  3. Stir fry for good 3 mins,taste to ensure all is okay then add spring onion,stir for 1 mins and turn off heat.and it is ready.

  5. Then your butter and mix till crumbly then add in your egg.
  6. Mix well,till when you squeezed it in your hands it holds together,then gradually add cold water to form a soft dough.allow it to rest for 5mins.
  7. Now your dough and fill in is ready,divide dough into 4,take 1 and roll it out flat,divide the flattened dough into 2 and add in your fish filling like shown.
  8. Fold like this,and brush the edges with water or egg,and continue folding,till well folded like this.
